Finally, the big axe has fallen on embattled Chelsea coach, Graham Potter.
Potter was sacked on Sunday after only 7 months at the club. This comes after the painful 0-2 loss to Aston Villa on Saturday at Stamford Bridge.
He had only 12 wins out of 31, leaving the club languishing at the bottom half of the table at 11th position.
Chelsea had spent a record £323m in January alone bringing in young stars like Enzo Fernandez from Benfica and Mykhailo Mudryk from Shaktar Doneskt.
The signings have yet to click and be translated into the deadly squad envisioned by the owners.
Graham Potter was chastised as too dull and not showing enough emotion by the fans used to theatrical displays by the likes of former coaches Jose Mourinho, Antonio Conte and Thomas Tuchel.
Potter had to take the fall for his misfiring stars.
Possible names touted as the next gaffer include Zinedine Zidane, Mauricio Pottechino and Julian Nagelsman.
Hopefully, Chelsea get it right this time around and unleash the potential of their expensively assembled team.
